Transparent bikini

A transparent bikini normally offers a bit more coverage than does a micro, but the sheer nature of the material used doesn’t leave much to the imagination. Materials such as Lycra and cotton mesh are among the more popular. However, some of these swimsuits offer no visible material, only strings, for that truly “transparent” look.

A transparent bikini is often only transparent when wet. Depending on the type of materials used, they can sometimes keep everything “under wraps” when dry, giving one the option to go either way. Other materials are see-through even when dry.

A transparent bikini can be found in all of the usual bikini styles. Brazilian, g-string, and even one-pieces can be found made from transparent materials. Bikini bottoms and a tight-fitting t-shirt are also a common variation on this design.
